We run a clean-up an maintenance team to help us keep litter at bay and maintain our common areas (pavements, kerbs and parklands). A monthly contribution of R 200 will go a long way to fund wages, petrol, implements and material.

There are many residents that are being affected by building and construction activities and noise. There are also those concerned about the legitimacy of the construction taking place. If a property is under construction and has any, all necessary CoJ Permits there are specific laws that guide hours and other aspects of work.
