  • Go to www.e-joburg.org.za 
  • Enter your information 
  • Choose a username & password (keep in a safe place as you will need them for future logins)
  • To activate the process: Logon with your username & password
  • Click on accounts by e-mail
  • Insert your account number and pin (as printed on your original tax invoice)
  • Select Continue 
  • You can now Get    

  

  • Go to www.e-joburg.org.za

Fault Escalations

  • Log your complaints at                     011 375 5555 and get a reference number
  •  Once you have a reference number,  send Cllr. Jacobs a whatsapp/SMS message (079 157 1525) with the details and the reference number
  • Please note that Cllr. Jacobs cannot escalate without a reference number 
  • Escalations are not a magic wand but one more tool t
